Indwelling of HS

The Spirit dwells within every
believer. Therefore, every believer
is Spirit-filled. (not just those who
speak in tongues - see also next topic)
Christians should not create a new elite
class of believers who have a “second in-filling”
or those who speak in tongues and those who don’t.

“But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus
from the dead dwells in you, He who raised
Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life
to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who
dwells in you”
(Romans 8:11).

“Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” (1 Corinthians 3:16).

“Or do you think that the Scripture speaks to no purpose: "He jealously desires the Spirit which He has made to dwell in us?” (James 4:5).

For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.” (1 Corinthians 12:13)

“In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also believed, you were sealed in HIm with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory” (Ephesians 1:13,14).
